The Repair Shop Moulton Bicycle

A well travelled 1960's Moulton stowaway bicycle which came into the Repair Shop Barn. It was owned by sisters Sue and Cathy whose parents had bought the bicycle before they moved to the far east with. The bicycle went with them and both sisters had fond memories of riding it as children. The bicycle was in very poor condition and been well used.

Originally built as a stowaway model and designed by Alex Moulton to be separable allowing it to split into two halves for travelling which was pretty revolutionary for the 1960's when it was designed.

I dismantled the bicycle to components, cleaned and repaired anything that was damaged and then rebuilt it with replacement parts where needed.
