He pioneered the use of full suspension on road bikes, allowing small wheels to use high-pressure tyres without sacrificing comfort. In c.1983 Moulton brought out the AM space-frame series of bicycles. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThis particular pair of early AM2 models have been in the same ownership since new. 17\" inch wheels with recently fitted Schwalbe tyres. Fitted with Sachs 2 speed duomatic rear hubs with coaster brakes.
