Intriguingly the frame appears to have been 'done up' a long time ago and decorated in the paintwork and transfer of Paris Cycles - London in the style of the companies 'Galibier' frame. Whether a past owner thought it was a Paris Galibier and did it in the style or it may have even hung on their workshop wall, who knows? But underneath the old paint is an 1880's solid tyre safety bicycle waiting to be rescued, repaired and ridden again. In fact, the previous owner had every intension of doing that, but only managed the rescued bit of its story.
